Screen Printing is the process of using screens to apply a design onto garments.  A design is imposed on a screen made of polyester or a fine mesh, ink is then pressed through the mesh transferring the design onto the garment.  Each color requires a different screen.  Each location and any size changes of the design also require a screen.  Unlike garment printing the ink, sits above the surface of the t-shirt.  This process is very common and is great for printing on dark garments with light inks. 

Screen printing is ideal for large t-shirt orders.

For screen printing there is a minimum order quantity of 12.  Standard production time is 2 weeks.
